Finding Your Measurement

Did you know that over 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size? At Society Lingerie with Amour Caché we want to make sure you walk away with the best fit possible. Follow the instructions below to find your size. Remember to measure yourself every 6 months, or after life changes (child birth, breast feeding, weight loss or gain, menopause, etc) this is how often our bodies and sizes can fluctuate!

Underbust/Band Measurement

Make sure you are wearing a non-padded bra to begin with. Place a measuring tape around your rib cage directly under your bust where the band of your bra would/should sit. Ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. If someone else is measuring you, keep your hands down by your sides. Pull the measuring tape snug and record your measurement. Round up or down to the nearest full inch.

Overbust/Cup Measurement

Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, crossing the nipples (the APEX), and parallel to the floor. If someone is measuring you, keep your arms by your sides. Pull the tape lightly so that it stays in place, but avoid pulling too snugly. Round this number up or down to the nearest full inch. This is your overbust measurement.
