Returns Policy

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any product or gift cards.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.

Shipping

Canadian Shipping: $12 Shipping or Free Shipping on orders over $100
US Shipping: $18 Shipping or Free Shipping on orders over $150
Worldwide Shipping: $20 Shipping or Free Shipping on orders over $200

In-Store Pickup Option

We offer in-store pickup.  Please ensure you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pick up and the location prior to visiting us. If you selected "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option during checkout, no shipping charge will be added to your total and your order will not be shipped.
