About the Brand

Amour Caché is French for “hidden love” signifying the little details hidden throughout our design-focused lingerie.

The brand was started by Agnes and Deean, two best friends and entrepreneurs who shared the challenge of finding the perfect bra with the perfect fit. As it turned out, many other women they encountered did as well.

When Agnes discovered she had breast lumps, it reminded the girls how ever-changing a woman’s body is. They began attending lingerie classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City and turned their passion for lingerie design into a business. Amour Caché's first bra was a sexy, luxurious pocketed bra made of Leavers lace that worked for breast cancer survivors, as well as non-survivors, creating product diversity that they felt the lingerie industry lacked. 

Today, the girls continue to run their business with a personal touch, sourcing and designing each piece themselves and meticulously sampling each design. Each Amour Caché style undergoes 15 rounds of sampling and fittings with models of different shapes and sizes to make sure design and fit are not compromised.

Item Care

We recommend hand washing so you can enjoy your intimates as long as possible, and lay flat to dry. 

If your item has an underwire or embellishments like beading or 3D fabric pieces, carefully hand washing is the only way to wash to ensure your lingerie stays in beautiful condition. 

We recommend and sell Soak laundry wash that is great for your hand and machine washing. 

If you must machine wash, we recommend washing in a mesh laundry garment bag and laying flat to dry.

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any product or gift cards.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.

In-Store Pickup Option

We offer in-store pickup.  Please ensure you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pick up and the location prior to visiting us. If you selected "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option during checkout, no shipping charge will be added to your total and your order will not be shipped.

How does shipping work?

Do you do returns?

All items are a final sale, mostly due to the intimate nature of the products.
If you received the wrong item, or it is defective, please contact us.

I'm unsure about size/fit, what do I do?

Each product has a size guide attached.
If you have more questions, please contact us with your measurements and typical clothing sizes so we can make sizing recommendations. You can use the chat at the bottom of this window.
If you head to Instagram, there are item try ons in our highlights or you can send us a DM there and we can send the video to you!

My size isn't listed, can I special order it?

In some cases, we are able to special order sizes from the designers.
Some of our designers offer sizing XS-5X, while others offer sizing S-XL. Please contact us for specific product sizing.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We do have a few items that we are able to restock from the designers. A lot of our styles have limited quantities available and are unable to be restocked.
