Stylish and feminine, but comfortable at the same time. The brand uses French and Italian fabrics. The designs are ethically made in Poland. Undress Code doesn't believe in overproduction, so it designs small capsule collections and timeless pieces in small quantities.
Each Undress Code item is designed to be a modern alternative to ordinary underwear.
Undress Code designs everything in their studio in Warsaw. Their products are made of reliable produced fabrics in the best sewing rooms around the world. The majority of their collections are made in family-owned sewing rooms in Poland, which allows them to reduce their carbon footprint.

We recommend hand washing so you can enjoy your intimates as long as possible, and lay flat to dry.
If your item has an underwire or embellishments like beading or 3D fabric pieces, carefully hand washing is the only way to wash to ensure your lingerie stays in beautiful condition.
We recommend and sell Soak laundry wash that is great for your hand and machine washing.
If you must machine wash, we recommend washing in a mesh laundry garment bag and laying flat to dry.

Returns Policy
Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any product or gift cards.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived or seems delayed, please contact us within 25 days from the date it was shipped so we can start a claim with the carrier.
After that time, carrier claim windows close, and we’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost packages reported beyond the 25-day period.
